How to Use

JET BLAST is an ultra-concentrated formula designed for maximum cost efficiency in high-throughput wash bays.

Dilution Rates:

Light Soil / Maintenance Washing: 1:1000 (~10 mL per 10 L / ~0.5 oz per 4 Gal at the spray nozzle)
Heavy Road Film & Exhaust Soot: 1:500 (~20 mL per 10 L / ~1 oz per 4 Gal at the spray nozzle)
Grease & Industrial Grime: 1:250 (~40 mL per 10 L / ~2 oz per 4 Gal at the spray nozzle)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Calibrate Injector: Set your downstream injector or proportioner system to target the desired final tip dilution.
Apply Under Pressure: Spray the detergent solution directly onto the vehicle working from the bottom up to ensure uniform coverage.
Brief Dwell Time: Allow the high-impact suds to penetrate road film and grease for 1 to 2 minutes. (Do not allow detergent to dry on surfaces).
High-Pressure Rinse: Blast clean from the top down using high-pressure water to flush away loosened contaminants.
