How to Use
For Flat-Tops and Grills:

Prepare the surface: Scrape heavy excess debris and loose food soils from the grill surface before applying the chemical.

Set to optimal warm temperature: Adjust the grill heat so the surface temperature sits safely between 60°C-80°C (140°F-175°F) for peak chemical activation.

Apply the diluted degreaser: Spray or pour the product over the entire surface area; a 50/50 dilution mixture with water is highly recommended for standard applications.

Agitate and wipe immediately: Immediately wipe the treated grill surface using a clean cloth or a specialized non-abrasive cleaning pad.

Flush and neutralize completely: Flush the grill with water and wipe with wet towels, or use a mild acid rinse (such as dilute vinegar) to completely neutralize the alkaline residue.

Season the steel to prevent stick: Reprocess and coat the clean grill surface with a thin layer of cooking oil to prevent food from sticking during subsequent cooks.
