How to Use
- For Grease Trap Maintenance: Dose Bio-Zyme daily during lowest traffic hours (typically at night). For small traps, add 100mL – 200mL directly into the drain closest to the trap daily. For large commercial interceptors over 560L, add 250mL – 500mL directly into the drain closest to the trap daily.
- For Slow Drains & Pipe Maintenance: Pour 150mL – 300mL directly down problematic floor drains, sinks, or urinal lines 2 to 3 times per week. Allow the product to sit undisturbed overnight to give the bacterial colony maximum time to digest internal pipe buildup.
- For Odor Elimination & Porous Floor Mopping: Mix 15-50mL per Litre of water inside a mop bucket or use straight Bio-Zyme in a trigger spray bottle. Apply generously to restroom floors, around urinals, or inside garbage bins. Let the solution remain wet for the enzymes to work. Do not use as a space spray.

If you mix them or use them down the same drain simultaneously, you will neutralize the biological cultures, completely halting Bio-Zyme’s cleaning power.
Can this product completely eliminate waste odours in public restrooms and septic tanks?
Yes, absolutely. Standard floor cleaners only wash away surface grime, leaving behind uric acid crystals that have embedded deep inside porous concrete and tile grout lines. Bio-Zyme penetrates into those pores, physically digesting the uric salts and organic waste at a microscopic level until the source of the odor is completely gone.
